With white glove delivery your furniture is taken out of the box and set in the room of your choice. All boxes are removed. There may be an extra charge for upstairs delivery. Allow up to an extra 2 weeks for white glove delivery
All carpet is shipped standard LTL freight. The customer is responsible to unload the carpet off the of the truck. Larger rolls could take up to 6 men to unload. It is recommended that you have your installer divide his measurements up in such a way that you can order 2 or 3 smaller pieces instead of 1 larger roll.
All carpet ships with a flat rate of $180.00 per order regardless of the size of the order. This is the appox. minimum rate to ship to many parts of the country. We only ask our customers to cover the minimum freight. All larger orders still have the same flat rate.
If your order combines both furniture and carpet the furniture will ship for free but you will be charged the flat rate of $180.00 For carpet freight.
