Frequently Asked Questions.

1. What weight capacity do your big & tall recliners hold?

Most of our King of Comfort Stallion and similar models are rated for 500 pounds. We also carry solid 350_400 lb options. Exact capacity is listed on each product page.

2. Do you really ship free?

Yes. All furniture ships with free freight to the continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). However, recliners are very heavy and our freight costs are extremely high shipping into the western states. We do add a freight surcharge to most of the western States.

3. How long does it take to receive my recliner?

Our recliners usually ship between 2 and 7 days from placing your order. Recliners that are in our own warehouse ship the following business day from the time we place the order. Factory direct shipments can take up to 7 Days to ship. Normal Transit time is from 1 to 10 days. White Glove Delivery has a transit time of 3 to 6 weeks.

4. Can I order by phone?

Absolutely. Most of our customers prefer to call. Reach us at 435-201-9797, Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM Central Time. We’re happy to answer questions about size, fabric, or features.

5. Are these chairs really built for larger men?

Yes. The Stallion and other King of Comfort Extra Large big-man models feature reinforced frames, wider seats, taller backs, and longer recline lengths (many extend to about 79 inches). They are designed for bigger frames and heavier use. A weight capacity of 500 lbs suppports even the biggest guy. Our 350 Lb. King of Comfort Recliners also have extended footrests to help the taller person feel at home in comfort.

6. What if I need help choosing the right size or style?

Just call. We can walk you through the differences in weight capacity, recline style (manual vs. power), wall-saver designs, and fabric options. 435-201-9797

7. What is your return policy?
