Jones Glass and Decorating Center began as a retail store in Richfield, Utah in 1958. In 2016 we became a pure e-commerce business, and in 2017 we relocated the company to Magnolia, Texas. We keep nearly everything we sell in stock so most orders can ship immediately.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Return Policy:
When you order Lane Furniture from Jones Glass and Decorating Center you are ordering custom order furniture. Because of this it can not be returned. However this does not apply if the furniture is damaged or you receive an item that you didn't order. If you order a Mac Motion chair or a Lane quick ship recliner this can be returned. These are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is also responsible for the actual cost of the delivery freight and the return freight to our store. The furniture must be in the original box. If you want to return an item you can contact us by e-mail or by phone. (1-800-446-7424) We will arrange for pick up of the item. We will refund your amount within 72 hours of the receipt of the furniture. We will refund the price of the item, less the 20% restocking and the freight both ways.
