Return Policy

At Jones Glass and Decorating Center we will allow returns for up to 30 days from the delivery date. If you just change your mind and want to return the item even though the item is working fine or you ordered the wrong item, we allow the return but the customer is responsible for the return freight. We will arrange for the return freight and deduct that from the refund. This is generally 300.00. If you paid the freight surcharge of 150.00, this will also be deducted from what you paid for the item If there is a warranty issue, we reserve the right to have the item repaired under warranty and not returned. If there is freight damage, we reserve the right to have the item returned, replaced or repaired.
